How it suits a family
For younger children, a children's club is listed, but ages and programme conditions apply. One example is the Felsenhof Kids Club, which offers supervised play daily from 09:00 to 17:00. It is for hotel guests aged one and older, so confirm your booked stay and the current programme. Felsenhof also lists a winter offer from 4 December 2026 to 29 March 2027 with daily care from age one. Baby care from one month is limited to Tuesday and Thursday, 09:00 to 12:00. This is hotel-guest provision, and you need to reserve it.
There is an English-speaking ski school: Fischi's school lists English as a teaching language. Confirm staffing, course age and ability level when you book. Don't assume the same for every provider. One hotel-based source puts its ski school about 100 metres from the hotel, with the children's snow area beside it. Check the lift and piste connection for the property you choose, because doorstep skiing is not established.
Snow Space Salzburg's 2026/27 age rules give children born in 2021 or later a free ticket at any lift ticket office. You need ID and a photo, and there is no online sale. The ticket is not valid on the Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl, so not from the Panorama Link towards Kleinarl. Please confirm the conditions before you travel. On school holidays, the published 2026/27 operating season runs from 28 November 2026 to 4 April 2027, with the 12-peak connection expected from 5 December. Christmas and New Year fall within that season, as does February half-term. Easter is less certain. Closure comes before some April school-holiday dates, so only an early Easter is likely to work.
